Ribeira Hotel

Promontório, one of the great Portuguese ateliers of architecture, whose foundation dates back to 1990, won the project for the building of the new hotel of Ribeira. The property, with a mixed use of hotel and apartments and promoted by the secluded real estate fund Sete Colinas, is located at Av. 24 de Julho, 24 with back to Dom Luís I Street and also facing the pedestrian street of Boqueirão dos Blacksmiths.

The project provides for the construction of about 9,500 m2 above ground and 3,154 m2 below ground with parking for 78 vehicles, and the plot of land where the property will be implanted an area of ​​about 1,811 m2.

Fundo Sete Colinas has been particularly active in the purchase and rehabilitation of several properties in the city center of Lisbon. It currently has two projects in execution - the Remolares Building and the Douradores Building - and, in January 2017, acquired the "fraction located in Largo de Stephens, nº 4, for 810,000 €, complementing the ground floor of the project to be developed in Largo de Stephens ", near Largo de São Paulo.
